Jocelyn Webber has been styling hair and doing make up for the past seven years. During that time she has completed on going training including cutting classes from Toni & Guy, Extension Classes by Balmain, Color and Cutting classes by Enjoy and many more. While Jocelyn loves all aspects of hair and make up design, she is particularly entrigued with Extension and Color Services. Jocelyn uses Balmain hair for extensions and specializes in double hair and fusion techniques. For color Jocelyn uses Enjoy. She keeps very current on the latest trends and styles as well.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her two you boys, Landon and Baylor. She also Co-Founded and ran Oregon Dream Makeover, a non-profit organization that is dedicated to providing home and beauty makeovers to deserving recipients.
